Ntwara was our next entry on the GPS. Hans thought that it would be the best "SAFE HAVEN" to the end of Ramadan. This is the biggest event on the Muslim Calendar, equal to Christmas for Christians.
Msemo Hotel was kind to give us a room and camping at $50 a car for 24 hours. We stayed over 2 nights. The day included washing, WI-FI, contact with our loved ones and getting the blog info to Michelle.
A stunning beach and white sands, big tree, beautiful Restaurant and HOT SHOWER were ours to enjoy.
We had a firsthand experience of Ramadan. They started walking at 16h00 and continued up and down the beach. This was the ritual for Saturday and Sunday. This carried on until dark - Something about keeping the evil spirits away.
We had a very pleasant stay.
